Don't let a lack of money or time stop you from becoming self-sufficient from your own back yard. I used to think that being self-sufficient in fruit and veges would be expensive, or complicated, or require a huge amount of land, or require me to quit my job to have enough time to put into it. Not so. In this book I will tell how I managed to become self-sufficient in vegetables and eggs and almost self-sufficient in fruit, on an eight-of-an-acre of hard, clay ground, spending only a tiny amount of money, and with a minimum of time to spend on it. And it is all done in a sustainable and natural way. Very few things can beat the satisfaction of harvesting your own fresh, naturally grown vegetables and fruit, free from chemicals and poisons. In this book I will tell of my experience in making just such a garden for next-to-nothing. For very little outlay I have transformed a barren, lifeless block of land into a paradise garden of edible abundance. Let me share my journey with you.
